Taking ＂rotating position＂ as the starting point, the teaching practice in the basic training of classical dance is extracted, and the ＂aesthetic core＂ value of rotating position is explored. Focusing on the operation law of ＂rotating position＂, regarding it as the expression of emotion, the causes of the good development of rotating position in Chinese classical dance performances are summarized.
