社会建构视角的“农村幼儿教师”身份疏离危机探析 被引量:1

摘要 文章关注农村幼儿教师群体身份问题,通过实证研究揭示"农村幼儿教师"群体存在的身份疏离危机趋向,从社会建构的视角分析了造成农村幼儿教师身份疏离的深层原因。其一,乡村在社会结构中的低级层次,决定了农村幼儿教师身份解读的基本语境。社会演进中的城乡区隔、教育制度建构中的乡村边缘化、传统文化对农村幼儿教师的低期望与低定位,建构了农村幼儿教师在社会分层中位置的低端性。其二,农村幼儿教师在社会互动中获得的消极反馈,强化了农村幼儿教师卑微身份感以及"身份疏离"的倾向。对农村幼儿教师身份疏离危机的干预,关系到社会、文化与教育等诸因素对这一身份的重构。 Focusing on the identity of rural preschool teachers,the crisis tendency of identity alienation of them is presented in this paper based on the results of empirical study.Two main reasons of the identity alienation of rural preschool teachers are discussed from the perspective of social construction.Firstly,the countryside belongs to the lower social class in the social structure,which applies a basic tone to the identity of rural preschool teachers.The rural preschool teachers are in lower social status due to the differentiation between the city and countryside,the marginalization of countryside in education system,and the lower expectation of rural preschool teachers in traditional culture.Secondly,the passive interaction between the rural preschool teachers and others enhances the tendency of identity alienation.Some intervene strategies for this crisis are also pointed out,which is helpful for reconstructing the identity of rural preschool teachers from the social,cultural and educational perspectives.
