摘要
"不能再回家"是托马斯·沃尔夫小说的重要主题之一。通过解读"家"的寓意、剖析小说主人公与故乡、童年、浪漫的爱情等精神家园的背离,意在为读者提供一种新的文本解读视角,同时也展示沃尔夫所宣扬的积极自为的人生哲学。
＂Can＇t go home again＂is one of the most important themes of Thomas Wolfe＇s novels.By interpreting the implication of the＂home＂and analyzing the hero＇s departure from various spiritual home like homeland,childhood,romantic love,etc.,this paper tries to provide readers with a new interpretation of the text,and reveal Wolfe＇s positive philosophy of life.
