高校辅导员成为思想政治教育专门人才是辅导员队伍职业化、专业化的基本要求;是提升大学生思想政治教育工作的科学化水平的客观需要。在辅导员队伍中普遍存在着角色不清、角色冲突和角色超载等角色错位现象,形成辅导员成为思想政治教育专门人才的瓶颈。促进岗位功能分化,设置专业岗;创建专业准入标准,引进专业人才;创新辅导员工作协助平台,促进功能的发挥;完善辅导员工作机制,提升职业素质;研究专业知识体系,加强核心能力建设是辅导员成为思想政治教育专门人才的必由之路。

Making college counselors specialized personnel of ideological and political education is the basic goal of the professionalization and specialization of counselor teams,and the objective requirement of improving the scientific level of the ideological and political education among college students as well.However,the role dislocation phenomena,such as role ambiguity,role conflict and role overload,are common among the college counselors,resulting in a bottleneck of counselors as the specialized personnel of ideological and political education.To achieve the role of the college counselors,efforts should be made to promote the differentiation of position function and set up professional position for counselors;to establish professional access standards for recruiting professional counselors;to innovate the functions of the assistance platform for counselors;to perfect the working mechanism and enhance the professional quality of counselors;and to explore the professional knowledge system and strengthen the core abilities of counselors.
