民办高校发展困境及对策研究——基于Z校的调研

Research on Development Dilemma of Private Universities and the Countermeasures——Based on the Survey of University Z in South Jiangsu

民办高校是我国高等教育系统的重要组成部分,但其发展道路并不平坦,主要反映在政府相关政策缺位、人才结构不合理与人才流失现象严重、办学资金来源单一等。民办高校摆脱困境、向纵深发展既需要政府的有所作为,又需要民办高校自身的修炼。

Private university is an important part of the system of higher education in China,but there exist many problems in its development process,such as the lack of relevant government policies,the unreasonable talent structure,the serious brain drain and the single channel for fund source,etc.In order to get rid of the their development dilemma,private universities should enhance the self-construction with effective government policies.
