摘要
目前市场上的LED显示屏,由于散热、老化等问题,导致显示屏的成像出现缺陷。而对于显示缺陷检测仍是由有经验的操作者通过肉眼完成,难以保证效率与准确性。文中通过模板匹配的方法经区域定位和点定位来提取出显示单元图像中的灯点亮度信息,重绘出灯点图,进而采用基于最小二乘法的多项式曲面拟合方法对曲面进行缺陷分离,经验证其可有效、准确地检测出显示缺陷,对LED显示缺陷领域有着重要意义。
On the market of LED display, because of the problem of heat dissipation and aging, leading to dis- play images appear display defect. And to defect detection by experienced operators through the eyes to finish, it was difficult to ensure that the efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, through the method of template matching by region- al location and point positioning to extract the image of light intensity information, redraw the light point diagram, then based on the least square method of polynomial surface fitting method for surface defect separation, the results of experiment can effectively and accurately detect the display defect. It's has important significance for the LED display defect areas.
