摘要
通过固相烧结法制备了符合脉冲激光沉积(PLD)镀膜所用的双钙钛矿La2NiMnO6多晶靶材。利用热重—差热分析仪(TG-DTA)分析了La2NiMnO6多晶靶材成相过程及热学性质,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和偏光显微镜对不同烧结温度下制备的La2NiMnO6多晶靶材的相组成和形貌结构进行了表征。结果表明,烧结温度到达700℃之后La2NiMnO的晶粒成相基本完成,其最优化烧结温度约为1 100℃。
Polyerystalline targets La2NiMnO6 with high purity, single phase and meeting these requirements of PLD coating were fabrieated by solid - state method. The TG - DSC results showed that the perovskite phase had well been formed at 700℃. The polarizing mieroseope and the X -ray Diffraetion (XRD) were used to analyze the miero- strueture and the figure of the La2NiMnO6 samples. It was found that the optimal sinter temperature of La2NiMnO6 with high purity and single phase was gained at 1 100℃.
