摘要
建立了用气相色谱检测粗甘油中甲醇含量的方法,分别采用手动进样法和顶空进样法开展试验,并选用DB-5和HP-20M两种毛细管色谱柱进行比对。试验证明HP-20M色谱柱顶空进样法检测效果最好。甲醇浓度在0.4~200 g/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数r>0.995。该方法操作简便,具有良好的重复性和再现性,并且对色谱系统的危害小,能很好的满足企业及检测机构的需要。
A gas chromatography method was developed for determination of methanol in crude glycerol. Manual injection method and headspace sampling method were used to carry out the experiment. DB -5 and HP- 20M capil- lary column was chosen for comparison. It was proved that HP -20M column headspace sampling method detection worked better. Methanol concentration showed a good linear relationship within 0.4- 200 g/L range, linear coeffi- cient r 〉 0. 995. The method was simple, with good repeatability and reproducibility, and less harmful to the chroma- tographic system. It could well meet the needs of corporate and testing organizations.
