摘要 采用阶次分析和试验模态测试相结合的方法对电主轴运行状态进行振动测试与分析,研究导致高速电主轴高速运行中振动加剧的原因,确定高速电主轴及机床结构在设计、制造与部件缺陷等方面存在的导致振动异常的多种原因。研究结果表明,阶次分析和试验模态测试相结合是一种有效的用于数控加工中心状态监测与诊断的测试分析方法。 The vibration order analysis method combined with the experimental modal test is utilized to measure and diagnose the abnormities of a high-speed electric spindle.The reason of vibration aggravation of the high-speed electric spindle at high-speed working status is studied.Other reasons of abnormal vibration are identified on the high-speed electric spindle and machine tool structure,including their design,manufacture,component defects,etc.The experimental results show that the vibration order analysis combined with the experimental modal test is an effective measure and analysis method for the abnormities diagnosis of CNC machining center.
