十八烷基甲基萘磺酸盐的合成及界面活性研究

摘要 以β-甲基萘和进口α-十八烯烃(直链烃含量大于92%)为原料,经烷基化、磺化反应合成十八烷基甲基萘磺酸盐表面活性剂,产品经气-质联用进行了表征。结果表明,最佳烷基化工艺为萘烯比3∶1,催化剂无水AlCl3为α-十八烯的8(wt)%,60℃条件下反应12h;最佳磺化酸值为100~110。所得十八烷基甲基萘磺酸盐表活剂具有较好的界面活性,与重烷基苯磺酸盐复配的三元体系,可在较宽的浓度范围内(碱浓度0.6%~1.2%,表活剂浓度0.1%~0.3%)使油水界面张力维持在超低范围内,且90d内体系表现出较好的稳定性,适合在比较复杂的地藏条件下使用。 Octadecylnaphthalene sulfonates was synthesized throught the reaction of alkalation and sulfurization withβ-methylnaphthalene and α-octadecyl olefin as raw material.Furthermore,the product molecule structure was characterized by gc-ms.The optimum reaction condition was as the following: ratio of naphthalene and olefin was 3∶1,dosage of catalyst AlCl3 was 8(wt)% of olefin,temperature was 60℃,reaction time was 12h,acid value was 100-110.The final product was proved to possess excellent interfacial activity.The ASP system with Octadecylnaphthalene sulfonatesHLAS complexed can keep the IFT btw olewater ultra-low.Moreover,the complex system exhibited great stability,which was suitable for complicated underground conditions.
