摘要
为了更加准确的检测管道的泄漏,保护国家财产和自然环境,本文提出一种基于广义模糊双曲正切模型的输油管道泄漏检测方法。将阀门开度,泵的状态,流量,温度,压力,密度作为输入变量,采用广义模糊双曲正切模型来区分负压波的来源,并通过输出值来判断是否发生泄漏。利用现场采集来的数据结合MATLAB进行大量仿真,给出仿真结果证实了基于广义模糊双曲正切模型检测管道的泄漏,能够有效的排除因调泵、调阀等正常的管道工况调整引起的参数波动而出现的误报警。
Method of pipeline leakage based on generalized fuzzy hyperbolic model (GFHM) is proposed in this paper in order to detect the pipeline leakage more precisely ,and protect state property and the natural environment. Used valve opening, Pump condition, Flow, temperature, pressure, density as input variable, the sources of negative pressure wave is classified by GFHM, leakage or not is judged by output value. A large number of simulation experiments are carried out with the software of MATLAB and data obtained from real pipeline, the result prove the method of GFHM can exclude the error alarms caused by the adjustment of transfer pump and valve.
