基于LabVIEW的能馈式牵引供电装置与SCADA系统通信实现

摘要 介绍了能馈式牵引装置与SCADA系统数据通信的具体实现。为了对通信过程中实时的传输数据进行在线监控,在通信的过程中基于LabVIEW开发了支持数据处理、显示及中转上传功能的人机交互界面(HMI)。能馈式牵引供电装置的传感器收集数据传至底层DSP采集终端,DSP系统通过串口及以太网传至HMI软件,继而由HMI软件完成数据的处理、显示及将处理的数据进行进一步综合;经由HMI软件中的Modbus总线与SCADA系统进行通信。模拟运行以及现场测试结果表明,系统具有良好的实时性与可靠性。 This paper introduces the realization of data communication between feedback traction device and SCADA system.For online monitoring real-time transmission data in the communication process,HMI which supports to process data,display,transfer and upload functions has been developed in the communication process based on LabVIEW.The sensors which are located inside feedback traction device collect and send data to DPS acquisition terminal,DSP system via a serial port and Ethernet to the HMI software,which in turn by the HMI software finish data processing,displaying and integrating processing of data.Then through the Modbus fieldbus in the HMI software communicate with SCADA system.The recordsets of simulation and live test show that the system has good real-time performance and reliability.
