摘要
通过2种不同提取方法,采用单因素试验和正交试验,研究影响鹰嘴豆黄酮提取得率的因素,最终确定鹰嘴豆黄酮的最佳提取方法。结果表明:微波辅助法提取鹰嘴豆黄酮,提取得率较高。该研究为鹰嘴豆黄酮资源的开发利用提供参考。
Through three different extraction methods, by the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experi- ment, the influence of chickpea flavanone extraction rate were studied to determine the best extraction method. The results showed microwave assisted extraction rate was higher.The study provided the reference for the devel- opment and utilization of the chickpeas flavonoids resources.
