摘要
为了保证灌木粉碎机的刀鼓轮在工作过程中不发生强度破坏,利用ANSYS软件对该刀鼓轮结构进行了有限元分析,并模拟其在工作过程中的受力情况,得出刀鼓轮的应变、应力等分析结果,根据所得结果对其结构提出了改进建议。
In order to ensure that no strength damage occurs when the brush chopper cutter drum is in operation, ANSYS software is used to make a finite element analysis of the brush chopper cutter drum and simulate the force exerted on it, with the results of structural strain and stress obtained, based on which corresponding suggestions for structural improvement put forward.
