摘要 以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,采用水溶液聚合法制备Poly-DADMAC-AM(PDA)高阳离子电荷密度的共聚物,并对其用于OCC浆生产瓦楞原纸的助留助滤效果进行了考察。采用NH4S2O8-NaHSO3氧化还原引发体系,在单体质量分数为50%,单体质量比为3∶1(DADMAC∶AM),聚合温度45℃,熟化温度60℃,聚合反应和熟化时间均为3 h,引发剂用量0.33%(相对于单体)的条件下,合成的PDA的特性黏度最高,相对分子质量约150万。以OCC浆为原料,对合成PDA样品的助留助滤效果进行了应用实验,在PDA用量为0.10%的情况下,浆料的打浆度由50°SR下降到23°SR;浆料的单程留着率可以由71.0%提高到79.7%,助留助滤效果显著,且抄造纸张的抗张强度和撕裂度都有所增加。 Poly-DADMAC-AM (PDA) was synthesized by aqueous phase polymerization technique using DADMAC and AM as raw materi- als. The retention and drainage performances of PDA were tested on OCC pulp. The optimal polymerization conditions were: m (DADMAC) : m (AM) = 3: 1, w ( NH4 S208 ) :w ( DADMAC + AM ) = 0.33 % , the times of polymerization and ripening were 3 hours but the temperatures of polymerization and ripening were 45℃ and 60℃; respectively. The molecular weight of the product was about 1.5 million at the optimal conditions. The single pass retention increased from 71.0% to 79.7% and the beating degree reduced from 50°SR to 23°SR while the dosage of the PDA was 0. 10% and OCC furnish were used for the testing of the retention and drainage performance. Meanwhile, tenside stiffness and tear strength of paper were all improved.
