艾司西酞普兰与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症对比研究

The efficacy and side effects of escitalopram in the treatment of depression

目的:探讨艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法:将80例抑郁患者随机分为艾司西酞普兰组和西酞普兰组,每组40例,分别给予艾司西酞普兰或西酞普兰治疗。两组疗程均为6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)评判疗效,Asberg氏抗抑郁剂副反应量表(SERS)评定不良反应,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果:艾司西酞普兰的总有效率为92.5%,西酞普兰的总有率为75.0%,艾司西酞普兰的临床效果明显优于西酞普兰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司西酞普兰是治疗抑郁症高效、安全的药物。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of escitalopram in the treatment of depression.Methods 80 cases of depression were randomly divided into escitalopram group and citalopram group,each group of 40 patients.The treatment lasted 6 weeks.80 cases of depression were assessment with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）,Clinical Global Impression Scale（CGI）,Asberg’s antidepressant side effects scale（SERS）.Results The total effective rate of escitalopram group（92.5%） is higher than that of citalopram group（75.0%）.Escitalopram is superior to citalopram in the clinical effects（P0.05）.Conclusion Escitalopram is effective and safe in the treatment of depression.
