低钠血症合并顽固性心力衰竭的临床特征及治疗对策

Clinical features and treatment of hyponatremia in patients with refractory heart failure

目的:探究低钠血症合并心力衰竭患者在临床上的症状表现以及治疗对策。方法:选择44例低钠血症合并顽固性心力衰竭患者,对患者进行综合治疗和血液透析治疗,观察治疗前后患者的血钠浓度变化以及患者心功能的恢复情况。结果:治疗后,患者的左室射血分数有明显提升,患者的血钠浓度也显著高于治疗前。结论:综合治疗方法配合血液透析能够有效的治疗心力衰竭的患者,并且显著改善患者的低钠血症及心功能。

Objective To explore hyponatremia with heart failure patients in the clinical symptoms and the treatment of countermeasures. Methods 44 cases of hyponatremia merge patients with refractory heart failure,a comprehensive treatment of the patients and hemodialysis treatment,the observed changes in the patient＇ s serum sodium concentration before and after treatment, and patients with heart function recovery. Results After treatment,patients with left ventricular ejection fraction improved significantly, the patient＇ s serum sodium concentration was alsosignificantly higher than before treatment.Conclusion The combined treatment with hemodialysis patients can be effective treatment for heart failure,and significantly improved in patients with hyponatremia and heart function.
