陈汤加味治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊阻肺型临床疗效观察

目的:对陈汤加味应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重期痰浊阻肺型效果进行研究分析。方法:选择慢阻肺急性加重期痰浊阻肺型患者75例,分成A组与B组,A组43例对象为治疗组,在传统西药基础上加陈汤加味医治;B组32例对象为对照组,单纯给予卡托普利药物医治。结果:经治疗,A组对象病症恢复优于B组,肺功能改善高于B组,有效率高于B组。结论:陈汤加味应用于慢阻肺急性加重期痰浊阻肺型,效果显著。
