摘要
目的:探讨心理干预对学龄前患儿术前焦虑及麻醉配合程度的影响。方法:118例学龄前儿童按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组59例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上施行心理干预。结果:在等待手术、麻醉诱导时观察组MYPAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组麻醉诱导时ICC评分明显低于对照组麻醉诱导时ICC评分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.132,P<0.01)。结论:术前心理干预可有效改善患儿术前焦虑及麻醉配合程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on preschool children anxiety before operation and anesthesia with the degree of influence.Methods 118 cases of preschool children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,59 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group on the basis of routine nursing implementation of psychological intervention.Results The MYPAS score in the observation group, waiting for operation during induction of anesthesia were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01).The observation group during induction of anesthesia in ICC score was significantly lower than that in the control group during induction of anesthesia in ICC score,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.132,P 〈 0.01).Conclusion Preoperative psychological intervention can effectively improve the patients with anxiety before operation and anesthesia cooperation degree.
