突发性眼外伤患者的心理分析与护理干预研究

Psychological analysis and nursing intervention of patients with paroxysmal ocular trauma

目的:探究突发性眼外伤患者的心理特点及护理干预措施。方法:选择接受治疗的眼外伤患者100例,随机分成A组与B组,每组50例。A组只针对患者的眼外伤进行治疗,B组不但进行基础治疗,而且要根据患者的心理状态进行护理干预,然后比较两组患者治疗前后的心理焦虑水平。结果:治疗之后,B组与A组相比,患者的心理状态明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对突发性眼外伤的患者,除进行基础治疗,还要采取一定的心理干预,可以改善患者的心理状态,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics and nursing intervention in patients with paroxysmal ocular trauma. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into A,B two groups.A group only received conventional treatment,B group were given psychological intervention.Results After treatment,compared with the observation group and the control group,patients＇ anxiety levels decreased significantly.Conclusion To analysis the psychological characteristics of patients,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
