优质护理在消化内科的实践

Practice of high quality nursing in Department of internal medicine

目的:探讨消化内科开展优质护理服务的效果。方法:选择106例患者设为观察组,另选择106例患者设为对照组,观察组采用优质护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,调查服务态度满意率及护理质量得分情况。结果:实施优质护理服务模式之后,服务态度满意率及护理质量得分均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务的开展可显著改善患者满意度,并提高护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the digestion Department of internal medicine high quality nursing service effect.Methods 106 cases of patients as the observation group,another 106 cases as the control group,the observation group uses the high quality nursing mode,the control group with routine nursing mode,service satisfaction rate survey and nursing quality score.Results After the implementation of high quality nursing service mode,service satisfaction rate and quality of care scores were significantly improved（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing service development can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients,and improve the quality of nursing,it is worthy of popularization and application.
