论高校辅导员在入党积极分子的经常性培养教育工作中的作用

University Counselors' Role in the Regular Training and Education Work of Party Activists

随着高校入党积极分子队伍的壮大,高校党务工作量不断加大。高校党务工作侧重于入党时对积极分子的考查,而放松了积极分子的经常性培养教育工作。作为党务基层工作者的高校辅导员,应当发挥自身的积极作用,把加强对入党积极分子的经常性培养教育作为自身工作的一个重要方面。

As university party activist team grows, there is increasing workload of the university party affairs. University party af- fairs always focus on inspection of the party activists when they join the party, neglecting the regular training and education. University counselors as grass-roots party affairs workers should play an active role to make strengthening the regular training and education of par-ty activists as an important aspect of their work.
