摘要
起重臂对动臂式塔式起重机的性能影响重大,直接关系到起重机工作的可靠性。文章针对动臂式起重机受载情况复杂及安全性要求高的特点,对某型号动臂式起重机起重臂进行了设计计算与有限元静力学分析。计算和分析结果表明,该起重臂满足使用要求,所得结果为塔机整体设计和优化提供了参考依据。
Boom, which directly relates to the reliability of crane, has a great impact on the pertorm ante of luffing boomtype crane. In view of the complex loads and high security requirements of lull ing boomtype crane, a type of boom is designed and analyzed by using finite element method. The re sults show that the boom meets the application requirements, providing a reference for overall design and optimization of the tower crane.
