摘要
介绍了820 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸及尾气脱硫装置的设计,详述了铜冶炼烟气特点、制酸装置进口烟气条件、制酸工艺方案及主要设备选型,总结了设计过程中的创新与改进,比较了主要技术经济指标的运行值与设计值。运行情况表明,采用二转二吸制酸与活性焦尾气脱硫相结合的工艺处理铜冶炼烟气,具有运行稳定、硫回收率高、综合能耗低的特点。
The design of an 820 kt/a metallurgical acid plant is described with respects to the characteristics of copper smelter off-gas, condition of acid plant feed gas, process scheme and equipment selection. The innovation and improvement in design are summarized and the operational and design values are compared in terms of tech- nical and economical indices. The operation showed that the combination of double-conversion double-absorption acid making process with activated coke desulphurization of tail gas had the merits of stable operation, high sul- phur recovery of and low energy consumption.
