介绍了360 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸技改工程的工艺流程、设备选型和试生产情况。装置采用ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ"3+1"二转二吸工艺和进口催化剂,并设置了动力波石灰乳尾气脱硫系统和石灰-铁盐法、电絮凝、砂滤加滤料吸附3级酸性污水处理系统。当转化工序进气φ(SO2)为10.54%时,总转化率为99.87%,排放尾气ρ(SO2)低于200 mg/m3,处理后废水全部回用于工艺。
An upgrading project of 360 kt/a sulphuric acid plant fed by copper smelter off-gas is described with respects to its process flow, equipment selection and trial production. The plant adopted Ⅲ Ⅰ-ⅣⅡ 3 +2 double absorption process and imported catalyst, followed by a DynaWave scrubber system for tail gas desulphur- ization with lime milk. The acidic effluent was treated by a tree-stage process consisting of lime-ferrous method, electro-coagulation and sand filtration plus filtrate adsorption. When SO2 concentration of gas entering conversion section was 10.54% , an overall conversion of 99.87% was attained, emitting a stack gas with SO2 content of less than 200 mg/m3. Treated water was all returned to process for reuse.
