摘要
硫酸装置转化工序的蝶阀普遍容易出现卡涩现象,严重影响了操作控制并加重了维修负担。通过近10年的探索和实践,开发出3种改造方案:变径阀杆填料密封结构、阀杆定位销、带凸体轴套,彻底解决了各种使用环境下的蝶阀卡涩问题,蝶阀最长使用寿命已达7年。建议尽快丰富和完善现有蝶阀制造的技术规范。
The butterfly valves used in conversion section of sulfuric acid plant often suffered sticking, which restricted normal operational control and increased burden of maintenance. Though nearly 10 years of approach and practice, three retrofitting options were developed, namly, a packing seal structure for valve stein with stepped diameter design, a valve stem with positioning pin and a valve sleeve with stubs. The sticking of butterfly valves in various working environments were successefully avoided and one of them has been opereting over 7 years. It is propesed to improve and perfect existing national standards related to butterfly valves as soon as possible.
