插管式槽管分酸装置的结构特点与分酸过程

摘要 以硫酸装置φ5 m干吸塔为例,介绍了插管式槽管分酸装置的结构特点和分酸过程。分酸装置利用重力进行3级溢流分酸,同时利用节流孔板和V形堰口来确保分酸均匀和不溅沫。分酸装置采用分体组装式结构,造价相对较低,运输、安装简单,有利于设备的大型化和标准化。 The structural features and working principle of a submerged tube-trough-drain tube type acid distributor are illustrated by φ5m drying and absorption towers of su|phuric acid plant. The acid distributer utilizes gravity for three-stage acid distribution in the manner of overflow in combination of restricting orifice and V shaped weir to ensure even distribution without liquid splash. The distributor is constructed by separate sections for less cost, convenient transport and installation, facilitating larger and normalized equipment.
