摘要
分析了废酸再生装置富氧操作的技术经济性。针对富氧操作造成的NOx浓度增加,推荐使用LoTOxTM技术,用臭氧将NOx氧化为N2O5,然后通过碱液洗涤除去。详述了LoTOxTM技术在富氧废酸再生装置中的应用。将富氧操作与LoTOxTM技术相结合,可在不增加NOx排放的情况下同时提高产量和利润。
The technical economy for oxygen enrichment operation of a spent acid regeneration (SAR) plant is analyzed. For the increase of NOx concentration in gas caused by oxygen enrichment, LoTOxTM technology is proposed, in which NOx is oxidized by ozone to form N205 and then removed by caustic solution in a wet scrubber. The application of I-~3TOxTM technology in SAR plants with oxygen enrichment is detailed. Combination of oxygen enrichment and LoTOxTM technology can not only boost sulphuric acid production, but also enhance profitability without increase in NOx emission.
