桃不同砧木类型对持续干旱的响应及其抗旱性评价 被引量:9

摘要 以8个桃砧木品种(毛桃、毛桃2号、山桃、筑波5号、列玛格、GF305、GF43和GF1869)幼苗为材料,进行自然干旱试验,以正常浇水为对照。随着干旱持续时间的延长和强度的增加,8个桃砧木品种叶片叶绿素含量、相对含水量、相对电导率和丙二醛含量4种生理指标的变化幅度均不一致。以4种生理指标的抗旱系数作为衡量指标,利用主成分分析将4个单项指标综合成3个独立的综合指标,通过隶属函数分析将8个桃砧木品种划分为3类:GF1869属强抗旱类型,筑波5号、GF43和山桃属中等抗旱类型,毛桃2号、毛桃、GF305和列玛格属弱抗旱类型。 Drought trials were conducted on eight peach rootstocks (Maota, Maotao2, Shantao, Tsukuba-5, Nemaguard, GF305, GF43, GF1869), and normal watering was set as control. It was found that the changes of chlorophyll content, relative water content, relative electrical conductivity and MDA content of eight peach rootstocks differed with the extension of drought duration and the increase of intensity. Based on the changes of above four physiological indexes in response to drought stress, the indexes could be classified into three independent comprehensive components through principal component analysis. The eight peach rootstocks were divided into three groups by subordinate functional analysis. GF1869 belonged to the high drought-tolerant group. Tsukuba-5, GF43 and Shantao belonged to the middle drought-tolerant group. The others including Maotao 2, Maotao, GF305 and Nemaguard belonged to the poor drought-tolerant group.
