去果(花)对不同成熟期桃叶片可溶性糖积累的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究自然条件下去果(花)对不同成熟期桃叶片可溶性糖积累的影响,以露地栽培的早熟(锡蜜)、中熟(粤172)和晚熟(冈山11号)3个果实不同成熟期的桃品种为试材,测定果实采摘前后去花和去果处理叶片净光合速率(P n)、光呼吸速率(P r)、夜晚呼吸速率(R n)、可溶性糖积累及相关环境因子指标变化。结果显示:果实库均促进3个不同成熟期桃叶片的P n和P r,同时抑制R n。去果处理可改善叶片中总可溶性糖含量,造成叶片P n和P r下降,且果实熟期越晚,库源强度改变对叶片可溶性糖积累的影响越明显。此外,叶片P n、P r、R n受环境因子综合影响,一定范围内,随着光量子通量密度(PFD)的上升,叶片中可溶性糖含量缓慢增加,同时较高的温度和湿度可能促进蔗糖降解生成己糖(葡萄糖和果糖),高温、低湿可能促进山梨醇的降解。表明去果对不同成熟期桃叶片可溶性糖含量的影响实质上是库源关系和环境因子综合作用的结果。 photosynthetic rate), Pr(light respiration rate), Rn(night respiratory rate) and soluble sugar contents as well as main environmental factors after or before flower(fruit) removing. The results showed that the fruit retaining could improve Pn and Pr of three peach varieties and inhibited Rn. Fruit removing raised the soluble sugar contents and led to Pn and Pr decline, and the later the maturity, the more obvious the carbohydrate accumulation. The environmental factors also influenced Pn, Prand Rn. In a certain range, the soluble sugar contents were increased with PFD (photon flux density) increasing. The high air temperature and high humidity might facilitate the degradation of sucrose. High air temperature and low humidity facilitated sorbitol degradation. In conclusion, the influence of fruit removing on soluble sugar content of peach was a joint action source-library and environmental factors.
