摘要 针对民用飞机航线可更换件(Line replaceable units,LRU)在多级保障组织中的配置问题,提出了基于VARI-METRIC理论的多级库存模型。首先,为解决民机非固定分配到基地,不适用于METRIC理论的情况,根据航空公司的运营计划、保障站点组织、航线结构,求基地的年平均需求量,并用负二项分布描述需求差均比大于1的基地短缺数概率分布;然后,以平均等待备件时间为目标、以费用为约束,应用边际分析法进行寻优;最后给出一个实例,表明算法的可行性,能为航空公司或供应商提供有效的理论与技术支持。 According to inventory allocation problem for line replaceable units (LRU)of civil aircraft in the multiechelon maintenance logistics support organization, a multiechelon inventory model is put for ward based on VARIMETRIC theory. First, according to the airlines operation plan, site organization and route structure, the average annual demand of the bases is obtained, and negative binomial distribu tion is used to describe the back order distribution. Then, with the target of the average waiting time for spare parts and cost constraint, the marginal analysis method optimization is applied. Finally, an example shows that the model is engineering applicability to airlines or suppliers to provide an effective theo retical and technical support.
