摘要
针对传统毛细管电泳仪信号采集系统体积大、效率低、成本高的问题,设计了一种便携式、多功能的毛细管电泳信号采集系统。该系统由采用ARM内核芯片S3C2410嵌入式微处理器与MAX132、CS8900A和光电倍增传感器等组成,实现了毛细管电泳信号采集、存储、处理及显示的一体化功能。
In view of large volume, low efficiency and high cost existing in the former signal collecting system of capillary electrophoresis, a portable and multifunctional one is designed.The system ,composed of $3C2410 embedded micro processor of ARM core chips, MAX132,CS8900A and photoelectricity multiplication sensors ,has an integrated function of collecting, storing, processing and displaying.
