摘要
通过优化气相色谱条件、气液相平衡条件等,建立了一种豆粕中残留溶剂甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇的顶空气相色谱法(headspace gas chromatography,HS-GC)检测方法;应用该方法测定了8种豆粕样品中的甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇残留量。研究结果表明,甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇能够完全分离,定量曲线线性关系良好,该方法 3种溶剂最低检测限分别为0.166、0.153和0.159mg/L,样品的加标回收率分别为101.1%、99.4%和97.8%。本文为研究各种豆粕中的残留溶剂提供了可靠的检测方法。
According to the optimization of equilibrium conditions and chromatography conditions,a method was developed to detect methanol,ethanol and isopropanol(IPA) used for soybean meal by headspace gas chromatography(HS-GC).By this method,residual solvent from 8 soybean meal samples were tested.Standard curve showed a good linearity range of this method.The detection limits of methanol,ethanol and IPA were 0.719,0.420 and 0.214mg/L,the recovery rates were 101.1%,99.4%,97.8% respectively.A simple and convenient method was provided for the determination of residual solvents' content in different kinds of soybean meal samples.
