基于社会网络分析的专利合作模式研究

Study on the Patent Collaboration Patterns Based on the Social Network Analysis

以专利文献为研究样本,采用社会网络分析方法,对专利权人之间的合作关系进行计量分析。结果表明专利合作包含着复杂而深刻的社会关系,专利合作网络是一个典型的社会关系网络。社会网络视角下存在着三种典型的专利合作模式——亲缘型、地缘型、业缘型,它们都是基于社会关系而产生,三种模式各有利弊。针对我国专利合作程度偏低的现状,应该充分利用社会关系推动专利合作、拓展合作网络、扩大知识交流和资源共享的范围。

Co-invention is one of the most direct and common way to represent the collaboration.Based on the co-inventive patent bibliometrics,this paper carries on a quantitative research on the widespread collaboration phenomenon and relations with the method of Social Network Analysis.It has found that patent collaboration is full of all kinds of social relations that are critical to construct and expand collaboration network which is indeed a social network.From the perspective of social network analysis,there are three typical collaboration patterns----kinship,geographical and industry predestined relationship.Since the patent collaboration is still at the low-level in China,we should make full use of social relations to enhance collaboration relations and expand the range of knowledge communication and resources sharing.
