国外开放存取期刊平台建设与服务研究

Study on the Construction and Service of Foreign Open Access Journals Platforms

国外开放存取期刊(OAJ)发展较早且较成熟。因而,主要选取了国外多个定制及开源OAJ平台,剖析了国外OAJ平台的建设的"资源采集"、"内容管理"、"用户门户"三个关键模块,分析了国外OAJ平台的"整合"与"专业"两种服务模式。最后总结出国外OAJ平台建设与服务对我国OAJ平台发展的启示。

Foreign Open Access Journals（OAJ） developed earlier and more maturely.In this paper,we investigate some foreign OAJ platforms including custom development and open source,analyze three key modules of their construction,such as ＂ resource acquisition＂,＂ content management＂ and ＂ user portal＂,and analyze two kinds of service patterns of the foreign OAJ platforms,such as ＂integration＂ and ＂ professional＂.Finally we summarize some implications of foreign OAJ platforms in construction and service to the development of our country＇s OAJ platforms.
