血清髓过氧化物酶检测方法的建立及其在冠心病危险分层及预测急性冠脉事件的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清髓过氧化物酶检测方法在冠心病危险分层预测急性冠脉事件的应用。方法选取2010年7月~2012年6月在我院接受治疗的急性冠脉综合征患者60例,作为观察组,另选取同期在我院进行治疗的稳定型心绞痛患者60例作为对照组,另外选取60例健康人做出基础对照组,对其分别进行血清髓过氧化物酶的检测,比较其检测结果的差异性。结果观察组患者的检测结果显著大于对照组和常规对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义;而对照组与常规对照组比较无显著差异,P>0.05。结论急性冠脉综合征患者外周血清髓过氧化物酶的含量会在发病期间显著升高,可以将其作为临床预测的依据,同时还可以将其作为危险分级的标准,以此来提高临床诊断效率。
