摘要 讨论K线通信中基于复用需求的切换电路改进与应用。介绍现有成熟切换电路的优缺点;结合产品测试项目,再引出开关管切换电路的设计细节。然后基于RC充放电电路理论,对MOS管切换电路的开关特性做了详细的理论计算,得出切换电路能达到的最高速率。 The author mainly discusses the improvement and application of switching circuit based on multiplex requirement in K Line communication; introduces the merits and demerits of current switching circuit and presents the design details of the MOS switching circuit combined with product testing projects. Based on the RC circuit theory, the switching characteristics of the MOS switching circuit are calculated in details so that the top rate of the switching circuit is obtained.
