摘要
通过文献调研法,首先构建了核心专利的评估指标体系,然后利用高被引、共被引、同族专利分析等专利组合分析方法锁定国际燃料电池汽车核心专利,并结合主要专利权人、IPC、专利族以及专利寿命等多个角度对国际燃料电池汽车的核心专利进行评估。最终确定国际燃料电池汽车的核心专利主要集中在燃料电池发动机系统、整车集成布置以及燃料电池技术三大领域。
This paper frrstly constructs an indicator system to assess core patent through literature research method. And then many patent portfolio analysis methods such as highly cited, co-citation and patent family are used to identify the core patents of international fuel cell vehicles. On this basis, we evaluate them in multiple angles, major patentees, IPC, patent family, patent life, for instance. Finally, we confirm that the core patents of international fuel cell vehicles mainly concentrate in the following three fields : fuel cell engine systems, ve- hicle integration layout and fuel cell technology.
