摘要 文中设计了一种振动信号采集分析系统,它以ARM处理器S3C2440作为系统的控制核心,以嵌入式Linux作为操作系统,使用图形化编程工具LabVIEW作为数据分析处理开发平台。系统配备DM9000网卡,使用以太网来上传采集数据和下载控制信息。文中给出了从底层硬件到上层应用程序的整体设计,应用结果证明:该系统可以很好的检测机床振动信号的异常,及时做出预警,减少人力财力损失。 To solve the safety problem caused by industrial automation, this paper introduced a vibration signal acquiring and analyzing system,which was controlled by the ARM processor-S3C2440. The system adopted the embedded Linux operating system, and chose LabVIEW as the data analyzing platform,which is famous for its graphic programming method. The system is equipped with DM9000 network card, and uploads data and downloads control information through Ethernet. The paper gives a complete de- sign from underlying hardware to upper application program. The application results show that it can monitor the abnormal machine vibration signals and forecast potential mechanical faults effectively, avoiding manpower and financial losses.
