摘要
针对汽车衡数据管理系统对采样精度、传输方式及功能扩展等要求,设计了基于FPGA的汽车衡称重数据远程采集系统。该系统利用XC2S30型FPGA作为智能控制器,根据道闸、红外定位、信号灯等模块逻辑时序控制24位高精度AD7787芯片采集称重数据,并通过GSM模块MC35i远程发送至管理中心。该系统精度高、易移植,具有较好的实用价值和应用前景。
To meet requirements of sampling precision, transmission mode and functional expansion for truck scale management system,a new FPGA-based remote truck scale weighing data acquisition system was designed. The system used XC2S30 as the in- telligent controller, controlling AD7787 which is the 24-bit high precision A/D conversion chip to collect weight data according to the logic of the barrier, infrared positioning, lights and other modules, and sending weight data to the management center through the GSM module MC35i. With the virtue of high precision and easy to transplant, this system has a practical value and application pros- pect.
