基于嵌入式双服务器的机械振动监测系统的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对机械振动监测系统特点,提出一种ZigBee组网技术和嵌入式技术结合的无线远程监测系统。开发了以FPGA为核心的振动数据采集节点,由ZigBee网络实现现场数据传输;嵌入式双服务器以32位高性能处理器S3C2410为核心,移植嵌入式FTP服务器和BOA服务器,采用B/S模式的网络架构,通过Internet进行远程数据传输与监控,实现了数据采集和远程监测的嵌入式一体化。对比实验显示该系统可以有效地实现机械振动信号的采集和远程传输。 A wireless remote monitoring system was designed to cope with the mechanical vibration using ZigBee technology and embedded technology. Data was collected by wireless node with core of FPGA. The mechanical vibration monitoring system was designed and realized for data acquisition and remote monitoring by embedding dual-server with core of processor S3C2410,which was transplanted embedded ~I'P server and BOA server, and transmit and monitor remote data via Internet. Comparative experi- ments show it can acquire and transmit mechanical vibration signal effectively.
