摘要
电阻和电感的精确测量对于磁体的设计和分析具有重要意义。文中阐述了数字锁相放大技术测量脉冲磁体阻抗的基本原理。详细分析了参考信号与被测信号频率偏差对测量结果的影响。提出了一种基于无感高精电阻的改进方案。改进的测量系统在一定的频率偏差范围内,可以减小频率偏差对测量结果的影响。最后,通过实验验证了这一方案的可行性。
The precise measurement of inductance and resistance is important to the design and analysis of the magnet. This paper explains the basic principle of the impedance measurement system of the pulsed magnet based on the digital lock-in tech- nique. The influence of the frequency deviation between the measured signal and the reference signal is analyzed in detail. An im- proved scenario is proposed on the basis of the non-inductive reference resistor. The designed system reduced the influence within a certain frequency deviation. The feasibility of the scenario is verified by the experiment finally.
