摘要
针对目前我国居家养老模式,介绍老年建筑的现状;根据行为能力的不同将老年人分为自理型、借助型及护理型3类,分别介绍老年建筑这3类老人居住户型的室内电气设计的侧重点。
This paper describes the current situation of buildings for the aged regarding the mode of aged-care at home in China. The aged can be divided into three types by their behavioral ability： self-helping aged people, device-helping and under nursing aged people type. And the paper is focus on the indoor electrical design for these three types of buildings.
