资源型产业集群转型过程中的风险研究

Risk Research on the Resource-based Industrial Clusters during Transition Process

文章在阐述资源型产业集群转型背景的基础上,结合文献资料对资源型产业集群转型过程中面临的风险进行了分类,并详细分析了各种风险的影响因素。构建了资源型产业集群转型过程中风险评价指标体系和评价模型,并选取陕西省榆林市能源化工产业集群进行实证研究,对文章提出的风险评价指标体系和模型进行了校验。最后,提出了防范资源型产业集群转型过程中风险的建议。

Based on the resource- based industrial clusters during transition process, and using the literature data, this paper clas- sifies the risks of resource - based industrial clusters during the transition process, and analyzes a variety of risk factors in deal. This paper builds risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of resource - based industrial clusters during the transition process, selects energy and chemical engineering industrial cluster in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province as an empirical research, and verifies the risk evaluation index system and model has been proposed. Finally, it puts forward the proposals of preventing the risks of the resource - based industrial clus- ters during the transition process.
