摘要
介绍了纤维增强热塑性塑料复合管的结构、性能特点和施工优点。针对国内某油田地形特点、气候特点,开展了纤维增强热塑性塑料复合管现场应用试验。选取了2种压力等级、3种规格管材进行含油污水输送和原油输送现场试验。结果表明,纤维增强热塑性塑料复合管现场施工便捷,运行状况良好,未发生腐蚀泄露问题,具有推广应用潜力。同时,针对国内技术标准体系尚不健全的现状,建议相关单位研究制定相关通用技术标准,各生产厂家严格按标准进行长期水压试验,以确保管材长期承压能力。
This paper introduces the structure, performance characteristics and benefits of pipe-line construction of fiber reinforced ther- moplastic pipe. Corrosion of steel pipeline and brittle fracture of FRP pipeline are main failure modes of the pipeline used in an oil- field. In order to solve this problem, the field test of fiber reinforced thermoplastic pipe was carried out in an oilfield. The 20 MPa and 6 MPa fiber reinforced thermoplastic pipe has passed field test with good performance. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic pipe was ap- plied in diffient oil production plant, it carried on in 2012 and running well now. The advantages such as convenient construction and corrosion resistance, which ensure the wide application prospect of this product. At last, we suggest establish the standard of quality control and perform long time hydrostatic test for fiber reinforced thermoplastic pipe.
