摘要
介绍了甲醇合成中催化剂的合成、作用及失活的原因,分析了甲醇合成装置运行中存在的问题和解决措施。经过改造,甲醇的产量明显提高,催化剂寿命大大延长。
The synthesis, effects and causes of deactivation of thecatalysts for methanol synthesis are introduced, and analyzed the prob- lems in the operation of methanol synthesis unit and put forwarded the improvement scheme, after the transformation, the production of methanol increased significantly, and prolongs the service life of the catalyst greatly.
