摘要
以壬烯、水和一氧化碳为原料,在浓硫酸-羰基铜的催化下生产C10叔碳酸,应用改进的分离方法,加不大于反应所需的水量就可以使产品叔碳酸和催化剂高效地分离开来,实现了催化剂直接循环使用,避免了稀硫酸排放量大、污染严重的缺陷。
A novel process with improving separation was used to synthesize neodecanoic acid from nonene, water and carbon monoxide with concentrated sulfuric acid-copper carbonyl as catalyst, in which the catalyst and the product could be separated effectively by adding less amount of water than that needed for the reaction, so the catalyst could be recycled direcdy and the serious pollution caused by the emission of large quantity of dilute sulfuric acid could be avoided.
