一种新型的二甲醚精馏节能工艺优化及应用

摘要 为了降低二甲醚生产能耗,提出了精馏塔采用汽液两相多股进料和采用新型高效塔内件的二甲醚精馏新工艺,并用PROII软件对其进行了模拟和优化,详细分析了进料温度、进料气液流量配比、回流比等操作参数对分离过程能耗的影响。按照优化后的二甲醚精馏工艺方案对某企业的15万t/a二甲醚精馏装置进行改造,经工业实际运行6个月可知,装置运行正常且生产吨二甲醚消耗蒸汽达到1.0 t以下,节能效果显著。 In order to decrease energy consumption of dimethyl ether (DME) production, a novel distillation process with two- phase multi-streams feed and new high efficient column internals was proposed. By modeling and optimization of the novel process with the software PROII, the effects of operation parameters, such as feed temperature, feed flow ratio of two phases and reflux ratio, on energy consumption of the distillation process were analyzed and the optimum operation conditions were determined. The optimized DME distillation process had been used to modify a distillation system of a 50,000 ton a year DME plant, and in a six month running period the system was steady and the steam consumption of the DME production process could be reduced to below 1.0 tons per ton DME, achieving remarkable energy-saving.
