摘要 气象行业日常的业务过程背后,实际就是数据的生产、传递和使用的过程。数据已经成为信息系统建设的重要组成部分和信息化过程中的重要资源,其质量管理正越来越受到关注。本文讨论了如何在数据来源增多、数据使用范围扩大的情况下,做好气象数据质量管理的标准化体系建设这一重要而迫切的问题。针对气象通信系统中数据收集、数据管理和存储以及数据应用服务等活动,讨论如何减少业务中的数据风险和不必要的数据流程,提高工作效率。参考通用的数据质量问题的定义和分类,文章分析了气象通信系统的数据质量特征,探讨数据生命流程中的数据管理的方法。 Everyday business processes behind Weather industry is actually the production,transferring and utilization of data.As the essential component of meteorological information system,data becomes one of the important resources for information construction;data quality management is now drawing more and more attention.While the data is diverse sourcing and expanded accessing,this article probes into the urgent task that is how to build the meteorological data quality management system.Considering data collection,data management and storage,and data application services and other activities in meteorological communication systems,the article discusses how to eliminate the unnecessary data flow to reduce business risks and make workflow more efficient.Based on the wildly accepted concepts,classification and solutions,this article analyzes the character of data quality of meteorological communication systems,discusses the methodology of data quality life-cycle process management.
