摘要
利用西门子S7-200系列PLC对切割机进行改造,适应现代机械加工业的发展,满足对切割的质量、精度要求的不断提高,对提高生产效率、降低生产成本、具有高智能化的自动切割功能的要求。本设计制定了可编程控制器智能化改造方案,其中包括顺序功能图的设计、PLC、变频器及电机型号的选择、I/O硬件接线图的绘制、PLC梯形图程序的设计。
